The Public Deed is the legal instrument of declaration of wills celebrated between one or more people before a Notary Public Notary, who has the legal and formal responsibility for its drawing up. The Public Deed is necessary to give formal validity to the legal act required by Law, which can be a purchase / sale; a donation or even a simple statement.
